GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE
Below is the grievance procedure that will be followed for all grievances related to the Trust:

Beneficiary to formally report grievance via email to the stakeholder manager at support@muliloprieskatrust.org.za
STEP 1
Trust to receive and log grievance
STEP 2
Assess and prioritise grievance & forward to relevant person
STEP 3
Investigate and resolve grievance
STEP 4
Sign-off on grievance
STEP 5
Monitor
STEP 6
